Packing · fourth hour of the shift
Someone checks that every box carries the right customer label. By then they no longer see the way they did in the first hour. The camera checks every box, all shift long, and the person handles the rejects.
A camera checks every part that goes by and separates the one with the wrong label or a missing component. Every reject leaves a photo with time and lot.

End of line · shift change
The count comes from what actually went down the conveyor, by part number, and closes by itself at shift change. The scale stays for parts that all weigh the same.
Forklift aisle · all day
The camera detects a person where nobody should be and turns on the beacon. It adds a warning where there is none today; guards and safety light curtains stay as they are.
The station with its camera and lighting tuned to your parts, the rule for what passes and what does not, the operator alert, a record of every reject with its photo, and a screen where quality reviews the shift. Also training for whoever will run it.
We work with the cameras already on the line. If equipment is missing, we propose what is needed and explain why. Rejects can open their record in your quality system.
We visit the station and take samples of good and bad parts. We test in parallel, without touching the line, and show what it detects and what it does not. With your approval, it is installed at a time the plant chooses.
It depends on how many stations there are, how fast the parts move and whether a camera or lighting needs to be added. After the visit we send the scope, price and dates in writing.
How we work: scope, deliveries and maintenanceWe do not have a published vision case yet. What you can see before deciding: during the visit we take samples of your good and bad parts, and in the parallel trial we show you, with those parts, how many good ones the camera sets aside and how many bad ones it lets through.

Each part number has its own rule. At a model change, the operator selects the part number or the line sends it to the station.
It can. That is why the parallel trial measures how many good parts it sets aside and how many bad ones it lets through before installation. Doubtful parts are set aside for a person to review.
In a place only the people you authorize can access, for the retention period quality defines.
We visit the plant, review the station and the parts, and tell you whether the camera can do that inspection and what it would take.
