How we work
What you can expect before signing, during the project and after delivery.
Written scope before we quote
Before giving a price we work out with you what will be done: screens, integrations, equipment, permissions and dates. The proposal puts it in writing. Anything outside the scope is quoted separately before it is done.
A limited trial before expanding
In the office we start with a single task that can be measured. On the plant floor, with a visit and a parallel trial with your parts, without touching the line. We expand once you see the result.
Software and operations
Besides building software, we review with your team the operation where the system will be used: replenishment, warehousing, inventory, distribution, transportation and planning. If the change that is needed lies in how goods are picked, scheduled or reported, we propose it and see it through as well.
Deliveries your team reviews
There is a test environment from the first week. Each delivery is reviewed with the people who will use the system before moving on to the next one.
Maintenance by the same team
Whoever built the system maintains it. We answer every day by phone, WhatsApp and email, and every change is logged.
The code belongs to your company
The code, documentation and access credentials are handed over to your company. You can stay with us or move to another team: what you need to do so is in the handover.
Data and permissions
Each person signs in with their own access and sees only what applies to them. Data is stored where agreed in writing, with a record of who looked at or changed what. If the project handles personal data, the work follows Mexican data protection law.
When we tell you no
If an existing system covers what you need, we tell you on the first call. We also do not do a plant's electrical work: no electrical panels and no PLC programming. That part stays with your maintenance team or your integrator.
Why we do not publish the tools we use
We choose tools based on what your company already uses and who will maintain the system afterwards. The full list is in the proposal and in the handover documentation, where your IT team can review it.
Tell us what keeps repeating in your operation
In a 30-minute call we tell you whether it makes sense to build it, buy something that exists or leave it as it is. If it is on the plant floor, we review it on site.
