1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern the use of the website mexadev.com (the “site”), operated by Carlos Román Ruiz Basulto, an individual with business and professional activity, under the trade name Mexadev, located at San Juan Bautista 4128, int. 3, Col. Bello Horizonte, C.P. 72170, Puebla, Puebla, Mexico. By browsing the site you accept these terms; if you do not agree, do not use it.
2. Service area
We only serve companies operating in Mexico. Services, contracts and prices are in Mexican pesos and governed by Mexican law. The Spanish version of these terms and of the privacy notice prevails.
3. Permitted use
You may browse the site to learn about our services and products and to get in touch with us. You may not use it for unlawful purposes, attempt to access private areas (such as the admin panel), interfere with its operation, submit automated or malicious content through the form, or scrape its content in bulk.
4. Intellectual property
The names, logos and marks Mexadev, RHUNO and GPS UNO, as well as the texts, images, design and code of the site, belong to Carlos Román Ruiz Basulto or are used with their owners' permission. You may quote or share the content with attribution and a link to the original page; any other use requires our written authorization. The Atkinson Hyperlegible Next and Atkinson Hyperlegible Mono typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (license text).
5. Third-party trademarks
The third-party trademarks we mention (for example, hardware makers, mobile carriers, Google, WhatsApp, Android or iOS) belong to their owners. They are mentioned only to describe compatibility or the service, with no sponsorship, license or endorsement between their owners and Mexadev.
6. Third-party links
The site links to our products' websites (rhuno.com.mx, gpsuno.com) and to third-party services such as WhatsApp. Each has its own terms and privacy notices; we are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
7. Scope of the contact form
The form is for sending us a message. Submitting it does not create a contractual relationship, is not a quote or an acceptance of a project, and does not guarantee a reply within any given time. Any service or product is contracted through a separate written agreement.
