Yard · morning check
Dry vans are spread between the yard, customers and the highway. To know where each one is, someone calls the drivers and writes it on a sheet.
We build systems to know where every truck, trailer, machine or tool is, who has it and how long it has been idle, with alerts someone acts on. We use the tracking devices you already have or propose the ones needed.

Job site · weekend
A rented machine has not moved for days, or moved at night. Nobody finds out until the invoice is reviewed or the customer complains.
Accounting · yearly inventory
The fixed asset list says one thing and the warehouse another. Computers, tools and equipment change hands without a record, and reconciling takes weeks.
What can be built around an asset that moves or changes hands.
Each truck, van or trailer on a map, with its trip history and the time of its last signal. If a device stops reporting, that raises an alert too.
Alerts when an asset leaves its area, moves after hours or sits idle too long, sent to whoever must act and with a record of who handled it.
Usage hours, location and status of each machine, to bill for real use and schedule maintenance by engine hours.
Each asset with its barcode, QR or RFID tag, its owner and its location. Inventory is counted with a phone and reconciled against accounting.
Who took what, when it is due back and what condition it came back in, signed on a phone instead of a notebook.
Service scheduled by mileage or usage hours, with an alert before the date and a record of what was done to each asset.
If your operation needs to track or control something that is not on this list, we build that too, with the devices you already have or the ones we propose.
Book a callWe work with the GPS devices your trucks already have, whatever the brand, and with the tags or scanners your warehouse already uses. If a device does not allow its data to be read, the assessment says so and we propose one that does.
A 30-minute call to understand which assets matter to you and what happens when one goes missing. Then we write the scope and start with a small group of trucks or one warehouse before expanding.
It depends on how many assets there are, whether they already have a tracker or tag, how many alerts need handling and which systems it connects to. We send the price and dates in writing before we start; devices and cellular service, if needed, are quoted separately, also in writing.
How we work: scope, deliveries and maintenanceWe build and run GPS UNO, which receives the position, telemetry and video of vehicles on the road and turns them into a map and alerts. In-cab camera events are detected by the installed camera; GPS UNO receives, organizes and displays them.
Not always. We read the devices your trucks already have. If equipment is missing, we propose what is needed and explain why.
Yes, with battery-powered devices that report a few times a day. The device is chosen by how often you need to know where the asset is.
Trackers usually store positions and send them once the signal returns. If an asset stops reporting for longer than usual, the system raises an alert.
Yes. Assets, their owners and their movements can reach the business or accounting system your company already uses.
In a 30-minute call we tell you what can be tracked with what you already have and what it would take.
